The New York and New Jersey State Societies for Respiratory Care would like to invite you to exhibit at the 2018 Rocking Chair Conference (aka Managers and Educators). This conference will be held Thursday, June 7 to Friday, June 8, 2018 at The Winter Clove Inn, Round Top, NY. The exhibit fee will be $695 and is due by Friday, May 4, 2018. Space is very limited.
Exhibit fee will entitle your company or organization to the following:
- Conference registration for one company representative, including two-nights’ accommodation, all meals, taxes and gratuities.
- Other representatives from your company may attend at a rate of $240 per night/person or $320 per person for the complete two-night package. Individuals must be employed by your company/organization.
- Table space at the conference to display equipment, brochures and related items.
- Opportunity to formally present your products and services during the conference.
- Recognition from the podium as a conference sponsor.
- Recognition on the conference promotional item as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to network with respiratory care managers and educators.
