The NJSRC Annual Shore Conference is the Society’s flagship educational and professional gathering—bringing together respiratory therapists, educators, students, physicians, vendors, and healthcare leaders from across New Jersey and the surrounding region.

Held each fall along the New Jersey shore, the conference blends high-quality continuing education, cutting-edge clinical content, and meaningful peer connection in a collaborative, energizing environment.

What to Expect

Comprehensive Clinical Education

The Shore Conference features a robust multi-day agenda with sessions spanning:

• Adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care
• Critical care and acute care advancements
• ECMO, mechanical ventilation, and high-flow therapies
• Sleep disorders, pulmonary diagnostics, and long-term care
• Ethics, leadership, workforce stability, and professional development
• Mental health, burnout, and resiliency in healthcare

Sessions are led by experienced clinicians, educators, and nationally recognized speakers, with content designed to translate directly to bedside practice.

Continuing Education Credits

Attendees can earn CE credits across multiple days, with structured programming and clear CE tracking to support licensure and professional requirements.

Many attendees earn up to 50% of the CEUs required for licensure through the conference.

Keynotes & Special Programming

Each conference includes keynote presentations, awards ceremonies, and special sessions highlighting leadership, innovation, and the evolving role of respiratory therapists in healthcare.

Vendor Fair & Networking

A dedicated Vendor Exhibit Hall allows attendees to:

The vendor fair is intentionally integrated into the conference schedule to encourage meaningful engagement between clinicians and exhibitors.
