Licensure Regulation Update - August 2011
The Board of Respiratory Care has published revised regulations on delegation and continuing education provisions. Review the regulations.

Polysomnography
The Board has rescinded the notification to polysomnography individuals that was issued three years ago. With the new practice act established the Board will not be notifying individuals practicing polysomnography as related to the letter. No formal regulations have been established. Although members have been appointed to the board.
A polysomnography board was established in September 2007. For the last several months the board has been working on writing regulations to the Polysomnography Practice Act. The NJSRC is actively monitoring for the regulations and other activity from the board.
